Common name: Bengal Loach.

Species: Botia dario.

Habitat: Botia dario are found wild in the rolling mountain streams of Bangladesh.

Potential size: 15cm.

Social behaviour: A very peaceful community fish. Best kept in groups of 4 or 5+.

Food: Omnivorous; will readily take both comercially prepared foods and live/frozen foods.
